1) Warm Lentil Salad with Lardons & Villa Vida Loca Farm Fresh Poached Egg

2) Mussels and Roasted Potato Wedges with Hurt Berry Farm Spiked Aioli

3) 4S Maple Lane Farm Seared Peppercorn Crusted Lamb Chop with Potato Dauphinoise, Fresh Pea Purée, Gray Silo Lavender Infused Olive Oil ​

4) Durham Cheesemaker Handmade Cheese Plate (all cheese made using 100% Durham Region Milk from Sargent Family Dairy) 

5) Rhubarb Clafoutis
