2) Salt Cod and Potato Salad with Capers, Red Onion, Fresh Parsley, Fresh Mint & Lemon Vinaigrette

3) Zucchini and Lemon Spaghetti

4) Stuffed Calamari served in San Marzano and White Wine Sauce with Fresh Herbs

5) Fried Eggplant with Dark Chocolate Sauce
