Sap Sucker Paloma

Featuring: Grapefruit Sap Sucker from Urban Market Picks

1 lime wedge

Kosher sea salt

1 oz mezcal or tequila 

1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice 

1 oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice 

1 tsp Villa Vida Loca Honey

1 can Grapefruit Sap Sucker (from urban)

1 grapefruit wedge, for garnish 

● Rim a Collins glass with lime wedge, then dip rim into salt to coat.

● To rimmed glass, add mezcal or tequila, lime and grapefruit juices, and honey and stir to blend. Add ice, top with grapefruit Sap Sucker, garnish with a grapefruit wedge and serve immediately.
