English Style Breakfast Beans with All-Beef Hot Dogs

Featuring: Willowtree Farm All-Beef Hot Dogs 

1 tbsp olive oil 

1 yellow onion, peeled and diced 

1 clove garlic, peeled and thinly sliced 

1 can (14 oz/414mL) crushed tomatoes 

2 tbsp ketchup 

1 tsp granulated sugar 

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 

1 tbsp HP sauce 

1 (19 oz/540mL) can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed 

2 Willowtree Farm All-Beef Hot Dogs, cut diagonally into 1-inch pieces

● In a medium sauce pot set over medium-high heat, add oil, onions and garlic and cook until onions have softened, about 2 minutes, add tomatoes, ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and HP sauce and stir to combine, then stir in beans and hot dogs, reduce heat to low, and simmer until slightly reduced, about 20 minutes. 

● Serve beans on toast with a fried egg and some grilled tomatoes and mushrooms.
