orzo pasta 2 cups
canned chunked crab meat, drained 5 oz
thinly sliced roasted red pepper 1 cup
A Pretty Good Farm Gourmet Salad Mix 2 cups
olive oil 2 tbsp
El Rudo Gourmet Salsa Macha 1 tbsp
lemon, zested and juiced 1
fresh basil, chopped 1/4 cup
Preparation

Cook orzo pasta according to package instructions and strain well.

While orzo is still warm, toss with crab meat, roasted red peppers, salad mix, lemon zest and juice, olive oil, salsa macha and basil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve warm, at room temperature or cooled.
