WOW. That pretty much sums it up! We were fortunate enough to meet Chef Alex in spring 2020.
While COVID slowed us down and wreaked havoc on so many, we were determined to make the most of it (safely) and provide a refuge for customers - successfully. Our pop-up dinner events with this dude were amazing, outdoors and safe. Chef Alex, like us, is passionate about what he does and it shows!
Together, our enthusiasm is contagious. This symbiotic, collaboration was inevitable. He is now family and from that comes AMAZING things, such as our future pop-up events and dinners!
