Dijon mustard 1 tsp
radicchio, leaves torn 1 large head
Rainier cherries, pitted and halved 2 cups (300 g)
pine nuts, toasted ½ cup (60 g)
Salt and freshly ground pepper To taste
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and Dijon mustard. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the radicchio, cherries, and pine nuts. Toss gently until evenly coated.
